55 min cardio interval training plus ab exercises in the gym 5.45am to 7am
Visit sex shop this afternoon. For comp shoes! Unfortunately found nothing :(

Thanks to everyone who emailed or posted feedbacks about my blog. Your responses have been encouraging and I appreciate your kind words. I will get a digital to take before, during and after pics of myself (as per many requests). I will also post pics of my trainers, the girls in my pose class and anything else I can think of. That is the plan!

Maraina, great blog! Thanks for the mentions! I do have a query though - your meal plan is 5 meals plus post training shake - not 4 meals as stated in your blog? Please explain? :))

Hi Sue,
Now, the meal ... mmmmm, yes, you are correct ... it is 5 meals plus post training shake. I forgot to mention the shake.
I think I tried to explain: 4 meals pro/carb and 1 meal pro only. Veg or salad with meal 3 and 5. I will add the post training shake to the blog!
