BUSINESS AS USUAL

Things done yesterday
Biceps/Triceps and Shoulders 5.10pm to 6.30pm
Practice pose and rehearse dance with Penny 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Things done today
35 min cardio bike/stairmaster and abs 6am to 6.45am
Legs/hamstrings/calves 5.15pm to 6.50pm

Mental note ...
