ON THE RIGHT TRACK

Biceps and Triceps 8.30am to 9.30am
Still feeling the affects of DOMS I decided to do a mild workout of bi's and triceps. It was really nice and I liked what I was seeing.
At the gym, people have been complimenting me about the changes that are occuring. More so, the change to my upper body*. The praises are humbling, and they're right, there have been changes. I'm happy. It's a sign that I'm on the right track.
* I suspect the changes are largely due to my improved posture. Whenever I am at work, in the car, at the computer, at the dining table, training, powerwalking ... I always think ... posture, posture, posture!
