A bloody brilliant session with Matt this morning. Wow ... those back and chest exercises were awesome. Did we go heavy? or did we go heavy?! Bloody Excellent! I've been buzzing all day! Good work Matt.

Hal-le-lu-jah! I've got the music! Thanks to Perry for helping me choose my tune. We both agree it's definitely my style and I'm so comfortable moving to it. What is the song? Sorry I can't tell you :( You'll have to wait 'til October. Now I'm really excited!
