Legs, hamstrings and calves 7am to 8.05am
40 mins cardio and abs 5.30pm to 6.30pm
I am now happy ... I finally have Matt's mug posted on my site. Hooray!
Folks, this guy is responsible for making my muscles POP! All this work in time for my October comp. No pressure on you eh Matt?
Excellent stuff on the legs this morning. My hammies are popping already. Nnnniiiccccee work! Bring it on!

Hi Maraina! Told you I was reading about you, I managed to set my own blog up yesterday as well.
I think you have buttered me up a little too much! I'm not that great.......oh well maybe...ha ha, just joking. You did a fabulous job with your posing and routine. You will see I even mentioned how graceful and elegant your posing is in my blog. You really have the presence so many people are unable to project. Keep up the sensational work. You should be really really proud of yourself!
I'm looking forward to seeing you at the next posing class, so stay focussed and on track.

Maraina, you are so organized already. I haven't even started with posing and shoes and bikini's. I hope I can do this!!
October is still some time off but reading your blog makes me think it's on next week lol.
